Can you send me more pictures?
Absolutely! I want to make sure you get to see every detail of your potential purchase. I am more than happy to send you as many as you want. I try to do my best to disclose and document any cracks, crazing or dents in the pictures and description.
What if I live in the DC Area and want to coordinate a local pick up?
I am more than happy to coordinate a local pick up with you. Message me and we can figure it out!
Where do you find this stuff?
Everywhere....much to my husband's dismay. Trust me, it is hard to part with some of this stuff. But lucky for him, we live in a tiny little rental.
Can you combine shipping?
Absoultely! Message me and I can create a special listing for you.
What additional shipping details should I know?
I want to make sure you have all options available to you for shipping, so I generally include USPS Ground as more cost effective method. However, please note that insurance is NOT included with this shipping method. However, if you choose Priority Mail, you have $50 worth of insurance included in your shipment.
Do You Take Returns?
No, I generally do not take returns. I try to make sure your items are packed extremely well and won't mail something if I don't feel the item is secure. If you are concerned about having your purchase mailed to you, make sure you choose a shipping options that has insurance included (USPS Ground, for instance, does not).
However, your satisfaction is my priority. Email me and we can see if there is anything we can do to help mitigate the matter.
